Marketplanet has analysed the optimization potential of purchasing for the entire group of companies i.e. its branches in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. The aim of the project was to analyse the purchasing process in order to formulate recommendations regarding the organization of purchases. The findings served as a basis for preparation of strategic, operational and quick wins recommendations.
