Work Service – the biggest HR company in Poland providing innovative solutions for human resources, has decided to enhance and optimize the purchasing process within the Group. For the purposes of the project, Work Service has started cooperation with Marketplanet, a leader in corporate purchasing in Poland.
“As the Work Service Group of Companies is dynamically developing, we have decided to launch a project that would optimize purchasing within the Group. We estimate that the implementation of purchasing tools as well as organizational changes will generate as much as about 10% of savings on the purchasing process.” – says Rafał Świętczak, Purchasing and Administration Department Director in Work Service S.A.
The project will be delivered in stages, starting from the revision of the purchasing process that Work Service S.A. has currently in place, preparation and introduction of a consistent model of purchases and development of an optimal structure responsible for purchases in the entire group, and finally, preparation of recommendations as well as implementation of a tool that supports purchases.
Apart from automation and optimization of the purchasing process, the project will also result in financial, operational and management savings.
