In June, we have successfully completed the process of integrating the OnePlace electronic market for enterprises with the CRM SalesForce.com system. The integration has been delivered as a result of cooperation between Marketplanet and Outbox.
Sales departments using SalesForce.com may now transfer selected information about individual requests for proposals generated by Marketplanet clients to their own CRM systems with only one click.
When designing the integration solution, the focus was on ensuring its functionalities but also on user-friendliness. Communication between the systems is fully automated and is activated with only one click on a selected request for proposal.
The solution is available to all OnePlace user-companies who also use SalesForce.com, and the integration mechanism is free-of-charge with the OnePlace Standard account.
