  • Grzegorz Filipowski
    Grzegorz Filipowski
    Consulting Department Director

    Grzegorz Filipowski has managed our Consulting Department since April 2011. His previous position at Marketplanet was a Manager of the Marketplanet’s Strategic Consulting Competence Center. Grzegorz has a vast purchasing experience both as a practitioner and as a consultant. He manages strategic-level projects of processes’ optimization, including: building of purchasing organizations or preparation and implementation of a purchasing policy. Grzegorz was a manager for IT system implementation projects for: KGHM Polska Miedź S.A or Energa-Operator S.A. For many years he has also conducted purchasing-related trainings including: purchasing structure’s and unit’s organization, product range category management, IT-supported purchasing tools, purchasing process’ documentation, supplier relationships’ management, business negotiations. Grzegorz Filipowski graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice.

     

  • Artur Malinowski
    Artur Malinowski
    Expert Consultant, Consulting Department

    Artur participates in projects that involve conducting procedures for our Clients and relate to formal aspects of purchasing preparation within an organization. Being a doctor of economics and a master of laws, he has specialized in legal and financial side of purchasing. He is an academic lecturer, and participated in projects for such Clients as: Energa-Operator S.A, PL.2012, TPTeltech, Vattenfall Distribution Poland S.A., BHU S.A.

    For a few years, Artur has regularly prepared and carried out trainings on legal aspects of the purchasing process, including: drafting contracts with suppliers, conducting trade negotiations, legal documents in the purchasing process.

    Rajmund Nowak
    Expert Consultant, Consulting Department

    Prepares tender documentation in cooperation with the Marketplanet’s Clients and provides tender support. Rajmund participated in projects aiming at purchasing consolidation, product range strategy development and audits of purchasing processes. He cooperated with such companies as: Colgate-Palmolive Poland, Delphi European HQ.

    Rajmund has been involved in trainings for many years. He conducts workshop sessions on purchasing processes’ organization and optimization, product range categories’ management, tender documentation preparation and offers’ assessment.

    Paweł Sobczak
    Senior Consultant, Consulting Department

    Paweł specializes in projects relating to operation processes’ optimization in Corporate Groups within the scope of: logistics, purchasing, production, production planning, administration, and workflow. Paweł implemented many organizational changes’ and IT projects. He cooperated with such companies as: OGP Gaz-System S.A., PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A.

    Paweł has a broad experience in carrying out open and dedicated trainings on: change implementation and management, purchasing processes’ organization, product range category management, preparation of tender documentation and offers’ assessment.

    He gained his experience through cooperation with experienced purchasing practitioners. Michał has participated in projects relating to mapping and optimization of processes. He also carried out audits of purchasing organizations, leaded IT systems implementation projects, cooperated with such Clients as: KGHM Polska Miedź, ZGH Bolesław.

    Michał has conducted both open as well as dedicated training for many years. The main areas of specialization include: IT tools application in purchasing processes, development of an effective purchasing organization, supplier relationships’ management.
