    In the middle of 2009, within the executed project of implementation of a centralized purchase management conception in the Capital Group KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., the implementation of IT tools based on Marketplanet Platform took place. System of Purchase Support and its integral part – auction portal, implemented and developed on the basis of Marketplanet Platform in just a few months from its launch has brought KGHM company a few hundred million zlotys of savings.

    Since 2007, Marketplanet solution based on Supplier Selection module, supporting all processes connected with procurement procedures has been functioning in PGE GiE S.A. Company. Since 2009, a project of implementation of procedures and IT tools supporting purchases has been ongoing in the whole Capital Group PGE. The aim of the project is working out such solutions that will enable effective use of intra-group scale and synergy effect at the same time minimising appearance of potential risks.

    Since 2008 a Purchase Portal has been functioning in Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz System SA. The Purchase Portal is a solution based on the following modules: Selection of the Supplier, Online Auctions, Contract Management and Suppliers Database of Marketplanet Platform. Portal supports a cycle of purchasing from the moment of planning, through carrying out purchase proceedings, to managing and monitoring contracts. The key element of this implementation was integration with European System of Public Procurements.
