      Piotr Matysik
      President of the Board

      Piotr Matysik has been leading Marketplanet since July 2004, before that he was the Sales Director in the company. He is an author of a new Company’s development strategy, which was implemented promptly after he took up the position of the President. Focussing on providing complex consulting services in construction and restructuring of purchasing processes just after some months brought measurable results and influenced Company’s financial results in a positive way. The strategy assumed simultaneous support of purchasing processes in large companies with dedicated IT tools. He gained professional experience managing sales structures of such companies as Optimus S.A. and Xtrade S.A. Since 2000 he has been engaged in construction of e-commerce solutions based on technologies available worldwide.

      In June 2010 fo the third time he was appointed for the position of the President of the Management Board of Otwarty Rynek Elektroniczny S.A. (Marketplanet) Company.

    • Robert Bonat
      Robert Bonat
      Software Implementation Department Director

      Robert Bonat has been in the Marketplanet’s Software Implementation Department since March 2010. He manages Software Implementation Department on the day-by-day basis, taking care of a competence development and work efficiency of a consultants’ team of over 30 people. He supervises projects portfolio, manages knowledge and  implementation products. He has worked for the Marketplanet Company since a very beginning of its activity, including, among others, positions of a Design Office Manager and a Deputy Director of the Product Management Department. He gained his experience managing many consulting-implementation projects; in finance, energy and e-commerce in particular.  Furthermore, he was responsible for a number of projects implemented in the largest Polish companies (TP S.A., PZU S.A., PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A.) and projects on the European market (France Telecom, Commerce One).  Robert Bonat is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Automatic Control and Robotics.

       
    • Grzegorz Filipowski
      Grzegorz Filipowski
      Consulting Department Director

      Since April 2011 Grzegorz Filipowski manages the Advisory Unit  at Marketplanet, previously he held a position of the Manager of the Strategic Advisory Competence Centre. Grzegorz is an experienced practitioner as well as advisor acting in purchasing. He supervises optimization projects which cover e.g. implementation of new model of purchasing organization as well as development and implementation of the purchasing policy in a company. Grzegorz managed also system implementation projects delivering solutions for  KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. or Energa-Operator S.A. He is also involved in Marketplanet training  programs acting as a trainer. Grzegorz graduated from University of Economics in Katowice.

    • Arkadiusz Kliś
      Arkadiusz Kliś
      Business Technologies Department Director

      Since 2004 he has managed IT department, earlier he worked on a position of an Expert Consultant and a Project Manager in the Company. He supervises, among others, development of products, IT implementation and maintenance of internet platform of Marketplanet. He gained professional experience also in Debis IT Services Poland sp. z o.o. Company where he was responsible for a development of internet products on B2B market and in SAP Polska Company, on the positions of a Consultant and a Project Manager in a scope of logistics and internet products, executing projects for such companies as KGHM Polska Miedź, PKN Orlen, Telekomunikacja Polska, Unilever, Telewizja Polska. Arkadiusz Kliś is a graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management of Wrocław University of Technology. In his free time he is interested in audiophile equipment and sailing.

       
    • Joanna Słupczyńska
      Joanna Słupczyńska
      Finance Director

      A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw, a major in Econometrics. She completed Postgraduate Course in Financial and Management Accounting and Postgraduate Course in Taxation in Warsaw School of Economics.
      She has obtained Qualification Certificate of the Ministry of Finance confirming authorization to provide bookkeeping services. In 2006 she obtained a diploma of an Auditor. She has worked since 1999 in Telekomunikacja Polska Group, first in TP Internet as a Chief Accountant, later as a Deputy Finance Director for Accountancy; since September 2002 in Marketplanet as a Chief Accountant.
